Cold Spray Technician

Job Description
This position will support advanced manufacturing programs for aircraft sustainment activities. This will include part/repair setup, cold spray deposit generation, testing, and equipment operation, additive manufacturing, and maintenance. The applicant will understand cold spray or other advanced manufacturing processes. Scope of work may involve supporting the design, manufacturing, and testing/validation of hardware and procedures related to cold spray and additive manufacturing technologies. The successful candidate may assist engineers or scientists in testing and developing standards to meet USAF requirements. Additionally, the technician may provide training support to personnel at both local and regional levels. Technicians will be responsible for the deployment of mobile cold spray units in support of the USAF sustainment requirements.
