Cold Store Administrative Officer

Frio Cold Storage in Stikland has a position available for a Cold Store Administrative Officer.

Requirements:

• 3 years Administration Experience within Manufacturing/Warehouse Industry,
• Experience in the Cold Storage Environment is Essential,
• Relevant knowledge of Logistics as well as WMS and Distribution Software,
• Knowledge/Experience with Food Safety and HACCP,
• Knowledge/Experience with Occupational Health & Safety,
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office programs,
• Valid Driver's License,
• Ability to Manage Time effectively and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring stock control procedures are enforced and adhered to including monitoring of stock locations, booking and receiving stock from and to other departments.
• Obtaining all documentation, assisting with stock takes and compiling daily stock reports.
