Job Description
- Aid in the deployment or migration of GWS subscriptions.
- Guide clients and provide useful feedback on how they utilize GWS applications and features.
- Become proficient in all Google Workspace apps: A Collaboration Engineer should be able to use all Google Workspace apps with ease and be able to provide training on each app's features and functions.
- Create training content: Develop training content such as videos, presentations, and written materials to teach users how to use Google Workspace effectively.
- Deliver training sessions: Conduct training sessions in-person or virtually to users and make sure the training is engaging and informative.
