Job Description
- Lead the design and delivery of structured training programs for both Google Workspace administrators and end-users to drive platform adoption and effective utilization.
- Provide expert guidance on configuration, administration, security, and governance within Google Workspace.
- Develop and maintain training materials, playbooks, and documentation aligned with customer requirements and best practices.
- Advise customers on user lifecycle management, license administration, and collaboration optimization.
- Support change management initiatives, particularly for organizations transitioning from Microsoft environments.
- Monitor adoption trends and provide recommendations to enhance user engagement and platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders to align training plans, schedules, and technical enablement activities.
