Collateral Document Control Associate

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits of loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Identify and report discrepancies or errors in collateral documentation.
Review and verify scanned documents to Credit and Risk Assessment Memorandum.
Collaborate with Loans Department and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
Preferably with at least six (6) months related in loan processing and/or quality assurance.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
