As a Colleague Experience Specialist, you will be the spark behind Colleague Experience across Sigma Connected. Your mission is to make sure our colleagues feel connected, supported, and celebrated every single day. You'll design and run an exciting calendar of activities that boost engagement, reduce attrition, and create memorable moments for our people. From fun events to meaningful initiatives, you'll be the go-to person for all things engagement on the ground. You will report directly into the Colleague Experience Manager.
