Position: Collections Agent

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Team Leader / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

 Contact customers via phone to recover overdue payments

 Negotiate repayment plans

 Maintain accurate call records and notes

 Meet daily and monthly collection targets

 Handle customer objections professionally

 Escalate difficult cases when necessary
