Collection Agent

We are seeking motivated Collection Agents to engage with customers and assist in resolving overdue account matters. The role focuses on providing solutions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone, email, or other channels to collect overdue payments
• Review account details and offer suitable solutions or payment plans
• Negotiate settlements that are mutually beneficial
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment arrangements
• Provide guidance on managing outstanding debts
• Follow up to ensure payment deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent (SPM)
• Customer service experience; collections or call centre experience a plus
