What You Will Do
Ensure that customers adhere to established payment terms by monitoring and tracking payment schedules for timely processing.
Proactively manage and take ownership of your portfolio of customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders in resolving payment issues.
Timely report and escalate when material issues or impacts.
Be a teammate. We are a global team of likeminded contribution driven Collectors.
Lead or coordinate negotiations related to payments and claims with cross-functionals.
