What you'll be doing

• Contacting customers via phone, email or other communication channels to negotiate repayment plans and collect overdue payments
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and account activities
• Continuously looking for ways to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the collections function

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a collections or customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
