Collection Assistant I Onsite

Are you detail-oriented and persistent when it comes to following up payments?
We're looking for a Collection Assistant who will help make sure all payments are collected on time and recorded accurately — while keeping a good relationship with our customers.

What You'll Do

• Follow up collections through calls, emails, and field visits.
• Monitor and update Accounts Receivable (AR) balances and payments.
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounting to reconcile payment issues.
• Keep collection files and reports organized and up to date.
• Help prepare documents for Credit Committee or account updates.
• Support in handling problem accounts or escalations.
• Process and record hold accounts and other customer updates.
• Join field collection activities, when needed.
• Make sure all collection activities follow company and BIR guidelines.
