Collection Associate

• Male/Female

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles

• Can perform billing distribution and keep track or monitor in and out of billing/ invoices

• Prepare Statement of Accounts and send out notices to overdue accounts

• Contacting customers to follow up payment as well as responding to their queries

• Handles, remits and reports collections properly

• Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary

• Basic computer skills are needed
