Collection Executive

Job Description

• Call and update accounts in the uncollected list in the system.
• Request for allocation of new incomes. All kinds of payment PayPal, Zanaco, local payment, incomplete VA): ensure allocation of incomes from Auction Deposit and approval of sales allocation setting.
• Endorse the cancellation of reservation or re-reservation for units that have been cancelled to the Sales Department.
• Attend to all emails received in the Collection Email Folder, Google Group chat, Skype account, and local payment requests via Google Sheet.
• Send payment received notification to customers
• Monitor and update Wrong Virtual Account Number, Existing Account Number, Incomplete Account Number, and Collaboration with CSD, Sales, TL, the manager, and the finance team.
• Investigate claims on dual accounts, wrong allocation, and income transfer. Trace payments. Reporting of possible fraud
