Collection Liaison staff

Job Summary

The Collection Liaison Staff serves as the communication bridge between the Credit & Collections team and internal departments, customers, and external partners. This role ensures accurate information flow, timely resolution of account issues, and effective coordination to support the organization's receivables and cash-flow objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesLiaison & Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact between the Credit & Collections team and internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Billing, Finance, Legal)
• Coordinate communication with customers regarding account status, disputes, payment arrangements, and documentation
• Liaise with external agencies, legal counsel, or third-party collection partners as needed
