Collection Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee loan collection activities.
• Supervise, coach, and groom collection staff while monitoring recovery performance.
• Assist the team when necessary, including negotiating with problematic clients.
• Handle overdue and delinquent accounts professionally and ethically.
• Ensure full compliance with company collection policies and procedures.
• Prepare collection reports and performance analysis for management.
• Approve transactions according to the approval matrix in the system.
• Conduct weekly reviews and monthly meetings.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in loan collections.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of legal actions related to debt recovery.
• Experience working in a money lending company is an added advantage.
