Collection Officer

Location: LAHORE Full-time

We're looking for a results-driven Recovery / Collection Officer to manage receivables and ensure timely collections across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients
Manage and strengthen customer relationships within the territory
Deliver invoices, collect tax challans & issue payment receipts
Monitor ageing reports and coordinate with Finance for discrepancies
Enforce credit policies and stop credit for overdue accounts
Submit Daily Collection Status (DCS) and visit reports with supporting documents
Ensure daily deposits of payments in Accounts
Ideal Candidate:
Bachelors degree is must
Experience in recovery/collections, preferably in courier/logistics or banking industry
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting
