Collection Officer

Accountabilities:

• Collection Projection Vs collection
• Acknowledgement Receipt Issuance
• Reconciliation - Unpaid invoices and Damages
• AR Weekly reports to Clients - Sending of SOA to client and Confirm collection
• BIR 2307 forms requests
• Cash Conversion Cycle
• Account Receivables overdue internal target (Finance)
• Weekly amount collected
• Every 1st-2nd day of the week, send the client the Statement of Account.
• Not Countered Invoices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Collection Officer or in accounts receivable/collections.
• Knowledge or strong interest in accounts receivable, billing, collections, and reconciliation processes.
• High attention to detail with the ability to track unpaid invoices, SOAs, and AR reports accurately.
