Collection Senior Manager/VP-PH

Department: Security & Risk Management Location: Philippines Department: Security & Risk Management Location: Philippines Job Description Manage daily collection operations and all related activities for internal team and coordinating with the external debt collection agencies
Provide direction and training to staffs/agents to ensure ongoing effectiveness in the department’s operation and recovery efforts to mitigate loss.
Manage team's performance, capacity plan and create strategy to ensure collection team meet target and able to identify areas of improvement
Implement resolutions when facing issues/complaints and escalation to leader or related area for further investigation in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements for debt collections, and internal control procedures.
Budgeting and the management of collection expenses.
Assist with specialized project and UAT
