Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing collections and follow-ups to recover outstanding accounts, contacting consumers, negotiating payment agreements, and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to negotiate payments.
Update records and apply skip-tracing techniques.
Comply with policies and regulations (HIPAA and PCI).
Prioritize tasks and resolve inquiries.
Requirements:
Clear and professional communication. Advanced English.
Basic PC skills and simple calculations.
Customer service and negotiation skills.
