Job Description

 
   Role:  
 This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Collection Specialist where you will play an important part of the ASP EMEA Credit and Customer Financing team located in Germany, or in the Netherlands. You will be part of a dynamic and growing team and responsible for the daily Collection activities of Germany and other markets in EMEA.
 There will be lots of opportunities for development and learning in this fast-moving and results-orientated company which places a heavy emphasis on continuous improvement both for the company and you.
 
   Location: Germany/Netherlands  
  How you will contribute to ASP: 
 Monitor customer accounts to identify outstanding debts
 Investigate historical data for aged debt
 Contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
 Take actions to encourage timely payments
 Resolve financial disputes and customer credit block...
