Collection Specialist

Management of Receivables

• Follow up customer with their payables
• proper action on overdue accounts in coordination with customers
• Prepares correspondence on delinquent accounts requiring special handling and visit
• Prepares Reconciliation of Accounts Receivables Reports
• Prepare Credit Memo for the month
• Post Collections/Remittances from customers
• Maintenance of Customer Accounts
• Safekeeping of Master file of Customer Accounts
• Posting of Credit and Debit Memos
• Posting of Remittances and Collections
• Prepare Collection Quota for the month
• Compute sales and collection commission of sales personnel
• Performs other duties as may be requested by the management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business major preferred, from a reputable College or University
