Collection Specialist

This is an initial ON-SITE job but will transition to HYBRID once performance has been established. (Hybrid setup is 2 days a month; RTO only).

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and professional Collections Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering unpaid balances related to internet services by contacting customers via phone, text message, and email. You will negotiate payment arrangements, resolve disputes. The ideal candidate is empathetic yet assertive, with strong communication skills and a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships while achieving collection targets.
