About the role

Here in Wee Community Developers, Inc., a Collection Specialist plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely payments from clients. Their responsibilities revolve around evaluating creditworthiness, managing accounts receivable, and implementing collection strategies to minimize financial risks and maintain cash flow.

What you’ll do

1. Responsible for the end‑to‑end handling of all credit and collection‑related tasks for the accounts.
2. Generate and maintain accurate statement of accounts real‑time.
3. Ensure that the Collection Monitoring File is always updated.
4. Establish and maintain accurate physical and electronic records and files.
5. Raise issues to Credit and Collection Supervisor and/or Head.
6. Instituting legal action when clients fail to pay their obligation such as equity payment, amortization, penalty, and loan difference.
