• VA Foundations: Familiarity with remote tools like Slack, Zoom, and time-tracking software (e.g., Hubstaff or Time Doctor).

• Communication Mastery (The Good Comms)

• Negotiation Skills: The ability to be firm yet persuasive to secure payments without damaging the client-customer relationship.

• Conflict Resolution: Staying calm and professional when dealing with frustrated or difficult debtors.
