Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Taguig for a Collection Specialist. The primary responsibilities include monitoring and managing accounts to identify overdue payments, communicating with clients to resolve payment issues, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining accurate records of all collection activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to manage and improve the collection process while maintaining positive customer relationships.
