Collections Agency Officer

At BDO Credit, we deliver comprehensive credit and collections services to support the consumer banking business, ensuring financial stability and growth.

The position is primarily responsible for helping in effective management through liquidation of written-off portfolio:

• Designing and implementing effective collection strategies and other enhancement techniques to ensure achievement of collection goals
• Managing business relationship and coordinating with Third Party Service Provider handling written-off accounts to ensure adequacy of business operations support, achievement of targets in accordance with established SLAs, guidelines, regulatory rules and standards
