A reputable law firm based in PTA East is looking for Collections Agents for their Credit Card book. Previous experience in this book is a must, along with a proven track record of reaching targets.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:
Credit Card Collections experience (3 – 5 Years, recent experience).
Excalibur Experience (preferably Excalibur 4).
Familiarity with banking or financial services.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Matric is a non-negotiable.

Clear verbal communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Strong negotiation characteristics.
