Collections Agent III - 57974

We are seeking three professional, communicative, and negotiation-savvy Collections Agents to join a collaborative team of 45 in Saint John, New Brunswick. In this high-impact, telephone-based role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound inquiries, working with external customers to find constructive financial solutions and resolve past-due accounts.

This is a 1-year contract that offers a supportive, high-energy environment and an ongoing opportunity to expand your knowledge of financial services and debt recovery logistics.

Start Date: June 15, 2026.

Duration: 1 year (June 2026 – June 2027).

Schedule: Fixed 40-hour work week on Atlantic Time (AST):

Monday to Thursday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (Onsite)

Friday & Sunday: OFF

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Work From Home)

Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote).
