Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Follow up on overdue payments for various accounts, including utilities, loans, and telecommunications services.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
