Collections Analyst

Job Overview:
The Credit and Collection Analyst supports the company's efforts in tracking and managing outstanding receivables. The role focuses on ensuring that customer payments are collected on time, maintaining proper documentation, and coordinating closely with clients and internal teams to address collection-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and review customer accounts to ensure dues and invoices are settled within the agreed period.
• Communicate regularly with clients and the Accounting Team regarding payment updates and concerns.
• Perform routine follow-ups through calls or messages to remind customers of pending payments.
• Organize, file, and secure all collection-related documents until full payment is confirmed.
• Coordinate with other departments to help resolve discrepancies or issues affecting collection.
• Prepare and submit periodic updates and reports on collection performance.
