Collections Analyst, Simplic (Hybrid)

**About the role**:
As Collections Analyst at Enova**you will be responsible for digital collection strategy, tools and service providers (e.g. Portals). The great challenge of this position will be to improve the levels of success in digital collections, increasing the efficiency and implementing new technologies and market partners in the processes. This role requires the ability to put your ideas into practice and high analytical skills to ensure that your recommendations are based on facts and data. In addition, will be responsible for cost and ROI analysis by channel, controlling the flow of invoices from service providers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform diagnostics based on analysis of digital operation data;
- Propose, develop and monitor Digital Collection's Main KPI's;
