Collections Assistant

The Role:

The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna is currently in need of Collections Assistant:

• As collections assistant he / she will be in charge of the daily task of collating , monitoring and follow up on all accounts receivable covering the whole Jonelta System
• He / she will be tasked to perform the following (review and prepare documentation , issue demand letters , follow up on customers thru SMS, email and phone call , negotiation and repayment plans and recommend additional collection procedures)
• Has basic communication skills and knowledgeable of legal frameworks governing debt collections

Ideal Profile:

Graduate of any business / accounting / financial related course

With at least 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience & AMENABLE TO START ASAP

Must be residing near Binan City Laguna
