Collections Associate

We are looking for a reliable and results-driven Collections Specialist to join our team. The role focuses on managing customer accounts, resolving billing concerns, and collecting payments while providing excellent customer service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer accounts and follow up on overdue payments
• Provide excellent customer service while collecting payments
• Update account records accurately

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School graduate (old curriculum)
• With overall 2 years BPO experience and 1 year collections background (should be BPO international voice)
• With excellent communication skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Target-oriented and detail-focused
• Amenable to work in Eton Centris, Quezon City
