# Collections & Dispute Management Analyst* Collections & Dispute Management Analyst**PURPOSEOFROLE**The O2C Analyst ensures the department operates efficiently thorough the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable, collection, non-trade billing, dispute management and credit management activities, with all queries (internal and external) addressed promptly and thoroughly. This role plays a crucial role in supporting the O2C team by analyzing data related to the Order-to-Cash cycle.
