Collections Manager Bilingüe

The Collections Team Lead will work closely with the CEO to build and grow a Collections team from scratch, create NPL management strategy, develop and drive a consistent successful team, and be accountable for the department results.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Building a team from scratch involving international experience of the Company.
- Development of methodology, motivation system, and KPI's for the Collection team.
- Creating an NPL management strategy using technical collection tools.
- Communication with the IT team and external contractors regarding the technical solutions integration.
