Collections Manager, Mexico - Global Payment

The Global Payments team provides payment solutions and financial services to ensure that users have a smooth and secure payment experience across our platforms and services. We are seeking a Collections Manager with experience in fintech, banking, and other financial and/or payment institution. This a hands‑on role and requires someone that is self driven, adaptable to changes and strong leadership qualities to lead the team to achieve its yearly objectives in a highly fast‑paced environment. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil.

• Establish and manage the local debt collection team, ensuring efficient team operation, and regularly review and optimize talent allocation.
