JOB DESCRIPTION

The Collections Manager is responsible for managing Acclime’s debtor ledger and achieving DSO targets through effective credit control strategies and timely collection of receivables. The role includes leading junior team members, collaborating with Country Heads and Managers to resolve collection issues, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and improving group-wide credit control processes and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for management of Acclime’s debtor ledger and achievement of DSO targets
• Develop and monitor a Group-wide credit control system in collaboration with Group Finance
• Management of junior credit team members
