Collections Officer

Global listed technology business, looking for a motivated and adaptable Collections Officer to join their highly professional and agile team. 

Position
Reporting to the Collections Manager, the main role duties of the Collections Officer will include:

• Monitor and manage debtor ledgers on a daily basis
• Confidently contact customers via phone and email to expedite collections
• Manage dunning procedures
• Reconcile customer accounts, trace payments, resolve discrepancies, and escalate where needed
• Refer and manage aged debt with external collection agencies
• Prepare accurate reports on account status, including aged debt and collection progress
• Apply a process-driven approach to collections, ensuring clear and consistent procedures
