**What You’ll Do:**


+ Make outgoing and handle incoming collections-related calls to customers, agencies, and collection partners.
+ Process paperwork and follow up on bankruptcy claims and probate cases.
+ Assist community agencies with customer account inquiries and our Energy Assistance Center self-service application.
+ Handle non-utility accounts, process payments, set up payment arrangements, and update account notes.
