Making outbound calls on delinquent accounts
Receiving inbound calls on delinquent accounts Handling redemptions Handling repossessed accounts Out for repossession reviews Skip tracing
Loan Hardship Reviews Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due Identifying accounts that require management review Providing outstanding customer service Maintaining required standards set by the department
Adherence to Company policies and procedures
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- TWO YEARS’ COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- PROFICIENT WITH MICROSOFT (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, ETC.)
**SHIFT**
11:00-20:00. SUNDAY + 1 WEEK DAY OFF.
**SALARY AND BENEFITS**
21,000 GROSS MONTHLY (3,900 NET WEEKLY)
