Collections Specialist

The Collection Professional is responsible for communicating with accounts assigned to them via telephone and other means on behalf of our clients with delinquent accounts. This is a production-based role where the goal is to reach consumers and professionally communicate to secure a method of payment to resolve the debt. Key aspects include handling rejection promptly, learning from each interaction, maintaining a positive attitude, and working collaboratively with team members while representing both the clients and the company professionally. Confidence and skill in telephone communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations are essential. A strong work ethic is required in this environment. Responsibilities:
