Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining in-office and remote work. The role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage a high volume of accounts efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Handle the collection process for a large number of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
• Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and vlookups, to analyze and organize data.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email to resolve payment issues and negotiate solutions.
