Our client, a fast-paced and growing company, is seeking a Collections Specialist who can adapt quickly, pivot as priorities shift, and thrive in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working through changing structures based on account aging and can confidently manage high-volume outreach.

The Collections Specialist will often serve as the first point of contact for collections efforts, reaching out to customers with accounts that are 45+ days past due. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, confident asking questions, and able to maintain professionalism while driving payment conversations forward.
