Collections Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Collections Officer to manage and oversee the company's receivables portfolio. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in handling collections, client coordination, and managing overdue accounts — preferably within a manpower, staffing, or service-based company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments
• Follow up with clients via phone, email, and formal correspondence regarding overdue invoices
• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Payroll teams regarding client accounts
• Prepare aging reports and collection status updates for management
• Negotiate payment terms and arrangements when necessary
