Collections Specialist

Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist to support recovery efforts for consumer and commercial accounts within a banking environment in Merrillville, Indiana. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone with strong experience managing collection activities, resolving delinquent accounts, and communicating effectively with customers to secure payment arrangements. The role requires someone who is detail oriented and can balance customer service with effective account resolution while maintaining compliance with established collection practices.
