- Maintaining sales communication by promptly addressing customer issues and ensuring resolution.
- Utilize various dashboards extensively for clear communication within the organization or with external parties.
- Play an integral role in training new team members and providing guidance to analysts to ensure a comprehensive understanding of processes.
