*MANDATORY REQUIREMENT*  

At least 1 year of banking, finance, or credit card collections for UK clients is a must  (Eg. Motor/vehicle/asset finance, property or mortgage loans, not including insurance) 
Good negotiation skills along with proper and assertive communication 
Understanding of collections domain and comfortable in dealing with international customers
