**Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Make outbound calls to customers with debt accounts.
- Receive inbound calls related to in debt accounts and address customer inquiries.
- Handle account redemptions and repossessions, including reviews for accounts marked for repossession.
- Perform skip tracing and loan hardship reviews.
- Work with customers to arrange suitable payment plans for accounts that are past due.
- Identify accounts requiring management review based on their debt status.
- Provide outstanding customer service, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.
- Ensure adherence to the required standards set by the department.
- Follow company policies and procedures for collections and customer service.
