Job Description Summary

The Collection role focuses on ensuring effective collection management to achieve target KPIs and support optimal cash usage for the organization. It requires applying differentiated collection strategies based on the country and customer context to secure timely invoice payments, while aligning monthly priorities across credit, collection, and cash management to create operational synergies within O2C. The position is also responsible for executing the country specific collection tactic and proactively resolving all open points identified during monthly KPI review meetings to maintain a leading and efficient operation.
