Collections Strategy Specialist

The Collections Strategy Specialist is responsible for the overall execution of collections strategies to be implemented by the Collections Operations team for all loan products of the bank, with a focus on Credit Cards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Create and execute end-to-end strategies to maximize collections for Credit Cards.
• Coordinate with the bank's Collections Operations Team to ensure that collections strategies are executed and continuously monitored.
• Analyze collections performance and measure the effectiveness of strategies.
• Manage stakeholders and key resources for timely implementation and tracking of key initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Credit Card Collections and Collections Strategy
• Knowledge and experience in Credit Card Collections
